RSSThe Media Board submitted its contribution to the European Commission’s consultation on the evaluation and planned review of the AVMSD, stressing the need for a revision to ensure the regulatory framework keeps pace with the profound transformation of the audiovisual ecosystem.
The Media Board adopted its opinion pursuant to Art. 4(4) of the AVMSD, concluding that the request of Hungary to adopt anti-circumvention measures was not substantiated and their actions did not satisfy the conditions set out in the Article.
